Business Development

Are you a successful sales person with an interest in science and technology? Do you thrive on developing customer relationships, understanding customers and closing sales?

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to actively seek and secure new sales for our software and consultancy solutions.

The successful candidate will work out of our head office in Dublin.

You will be responsible for developing business in a hands-on role involving selling our Creme Food and Cosmetics Safety solution and services to Safety and R&D departments of major multi-national food and cosmetics companies, government agencies and academic researchers worldwide with a particular focus on Europe.

As a key member of our growing organization, you will deal with executives at the highest levels in our customer base to identify and progress opportunities around food and cosmetics safety solutions.

Challenges:

• Maintain and build solid customer relationships in key accounts
• Develop, refine and deliver customer presentations
• Understand customers needs, wants and pains
• Understand Creme's value proposition to existing customers
• Develop qualification criteria for different sectors
• Manage sales reports

Experience Required:

• At least three years experience in a business development or sales role, preferable selling solutions to organisations involved in new product development and product safety
• A proven track record in business development or sales
• Highly motivated and committed with strong business development skills required to build sales in new markets
• Willing to travel in Ireland and internationally
